IMPORTANT
We would like to point out to you that one of the biggest contributors to reptile illness is stress. Stress can be caused by moving or re-housing your reptile. If you can find someone to visit your home to look after your reptile on a daily basis, then it is advisable that you do so. It will be far less stressful for your animal. We cannot accept any responsibility for any present or future illness to your reptile during or after its stay at our facility.
We offer a boarding service to our customers. We have thermostatically controlled heated vivariums. For your boarding fee, your reptile will be fed, watered and cleaned on a daily basis. Also, any special needs required such as spraying up to 3 times daily for chameleons, calcium powder etc. Reptiles will be housed separately, to reduce the chance of spreading any unwanted parasites or viruses, unless you yourself bring in two or more that are housed together. All reptiles must be healthy and free from mites etc before bringing them in for their holiday.
We reserve the right to seek veterinary assistance at the owner's expense if the animal becomes sick or injured during its stay at our facility. Every effort will be made to contact the owner if this unlikely event should happen.
We reserve the right to turn away any reptile that looks sick or shows any sign of potential illness that might spread to other animals. Some illnesses or parasites sometimes show no visible symptoms or signs straight away, but can develop after a few days. Therefore, we may not know your reptile is sick when you bring it in to stay. Our best effort will be made to make sure your reptile is cared for to the best of our ability.

If you bring in two reptiles to be housed together, the second one will be charged at half the price of the first one. For Example: 2 Bearded Dragons housed together for one week will be £17.50 for the first one and £8.75 for the second one. For two weeks it will be £35.00 for the first one and £17.50 for the second one.
We are sorry but we have no facilities for looking after snakes over 10ft or for adult iguana's.
Please let us know approximately 2 weeks in advance in order to reserve a vivarium for your reptiles holiday stay with us.
To book a date, please call in to the shop to fill out a booking form. No reptile will be able to stay without the booking form being signed.
